Fernanda Cohen grew up in Buenos Aires and moved to New York in 2000 to go to the School of Visual Arts for Illustration. She started working for The New York Times fresh out of school thanks to one of her heroes, Steve Heller. Her client list now also includes The New Yorker, The Guardia, MTV, Scholastic, Random House, Reader's Digest, Sony, W Hotels and Target among others. Her work has been recognized by over 50 awards worldwide, including gold and silver medals from the Society of Illustrators of New York and Los Angeles.
